Easy Lead R
Easy Lead R is an aluminium based, high performance, low cost flashing. Consequently, this product will be used to replace traditional lead in flat and pitched roof applications.
This product is made of sheet aluminium. It is also manufactured with a protective anti-corrosion coating and a high performance butyl adhesive on the underside.
Easy Lead R requires no special tools for installation. Cut this product with ease, with the use of knife or scissors.

Easy Lead R has a unique corrugated pattern. Due to its design, it is easy to form and adapt to various surfaces. This malleability ensures the permanent water tightness of the product and offers an attractive appearance every time. Also, Easy Lead R provides a permanent bond to brickwork, roof tiles and most popular construction materials.
Installation:
Install Easy Lead R with ease, when using a knife or scissors to cut. Work this product in any direction, using a mallet, roller or by hand.
Determine the final installation position of Easy Lead R, maintaining the release film until achieved. Once satisfied, remove the release film and dress the material to the brickwork or applicable surface. Also, ensure joints have a minimum overlap of 100mm.
As to achieve a permanent adhesion of Easy Lead R, the building material surface must be clean and dry. A bituminous primer is also recommended for unstable material surfaces.
